COACHING

WORKPLACE CONFLICT/POSITIVE COACHING

Changes in structure, colleagues, or bottom line wasting your time, holding you back, or worse? Conflict can be with another person, and it can be with an idea or an expected outcome. Our goal-oriented coaching technique can turn a hopeless situation into a list of possibilities. An efficient strategy-based practice to help you gain clarity and reflection when you feel helpless. Sessions can be once for 90 minutes, or 4-6 one-hour sessions dependent upon your goals.


TEAMS

How do you say what you need to say? Do you know why it matters? We depend on each other every day at work. Create a deeper understanding of the situation, streamline or create new goals for the team, gain clarity. Learn to communicate your needs and how to better understand theirs. We help you sort out the details while welcoming everyone’s voice. We can facilitate through traditional methods or use a multi-party mediation model to guide communication, clear up goals, and set priorities.


PERSONAL

PERSONAL

Inner conflicts, situations that don’t line up, roommates, spouses, education, there are so many ways we can find ourselves confused because our expectations were not met. OR, maybe, you just have so many great ideas and prioritizing them is stopping your progress. We use an effective and efficient method to explore and assist you to create your best outcome. Using the REAL model of Conflict Coaching by Dr. Samantha Hardy, we can discuss in confidence, what matters most. Clarify the story, set goals, see other perspectives, practice the language you plan to use, and create the needed outcome. Sessions can run 1.5 hrs. once, or 1 hour with 4-6 sessions.



MEDIATION

Have you have walked away from a meeting with someone and thought, they are not listening to me! You feel like you have tried everything and then decide to avoid the other person or stop contributing ideas and enthusiasm. Mediation could be the answer. When you need to share and be heard about what is important to you and how the situation is affecting your work, it is time to ask for help. We use a facilitative approach to workplace mediations and follow the Revised Code of Washington (Chapter 1.07 RCW). Bound by our certifications, we follow all the rules of confidentiality. We run the mediation process, giving you the space and time to create your solutions.

PRE-MEDIATION PREPARATION

You, your family members, neighbors, contractor, or your employer have decided mediation is the way to engage the current issues? But now…what do you say? How do approach this mediation? We know from experience, anxiety comes from a place of assumptions: we figure we know how this will turn out, our voice won’t be heard, we have already tried talking. Reduce your stress and increase the possibilities of agreement by preparing. We help you refine your story, discover values, address concerns, and answer your mediation process questions in a safe, 1-on-1 confidential space with a mediator. All preparatory and mediation sessions are confidential.


TRAINING

All training workshops are tailored, and razor focused for each group’s needs. We help to build capacity for individuals to understand and use engagement skills immediately. Information is relevant to businesses and various community groups. Based on peer reviewed scientific information, certified entities, respected experts, and experiences, we combine information that specifically meets your needs. After an assessment of your needs and interests, we create an informative and engaging interactive experience. Not a “death by power point” presenter or team, although we will use electronic and hard copy materials. Training sessions can run from 1 to 8 hours, online or in-person.
