Veterans

As prior active-duty members, reservists, spouses, and civilian employees of the military branches, we get what you are experiencing. Whether it is divorce, writing parenting plans, job transitions, or conflict resolution, we provide not only professional-level expertise, but shared life experience. We offer services with the understanding of how military training, deployment, and separation create a unique set of challenges. We know how military service influences how we think about life, make decisions, set goals, and face limitations. We are here to help you create the peace and the future you desire and deserve.

I We can accommodate small or large groups.

Multi-Party Restorative Facilitation (MPRF)

Originally created by Sue Miglino of Kitsap County, WA. When serving juvenile offenders, Tribal Nations Reentry programs, and justice impacted community members, Sue realized sometimes larger groups of people not only needed mediation, they needed to restore and rejuvenate relationships. She created this process so everyone has a seat and voice at the table. This process can encompass large numbers of participants and is especially useful in workplace conflicts. This process includes a team of facilitators who conduct individual one-hour confidential intake/information sessions with each participant. These sessions prepare participants to enter the Circle. Once these are completed, a Circle Process run by Circle Keepers will be scheduled for the group. Total group sessions can take several hours up to a full day depending upon size.
